Setup — three quick steps

Add the Shortcut

Download On this day above and tap Add Shortcut when prompted.

Create one daily automation

Open the Shortcuts app:
- Go to the Automation tab
- Tap +
- Choose Time of Day
- Set to 7:00 AM · Daily
- Choose Run Immediately
- Tap Next
- Select On this day
Open the Automation tab →

Run it once

Open the shortcut manually to finish setup:
- Enter your phone number when prompted (one time only)
- Tap Allow when asked to send a message
- You'll get your first text — you're all set!
